What is your refund policy?

Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. You may cancel only within 48 hours of placing an order

Our policy for Ultra Low Penetration Replacement Filters lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
